Issue: [4.1 Beta 2] XF2.x: Public navigation titles not updated in VW sub-navigation - is this as designed?

Any changes to VaultWiki's sub-navigation items in the XF2.x admin cp public navigation screen currently do not update the public site sub-navigation. Is this as designed?

I found this out after editing some links for a local offline VW4.1 instance in an effort to cut down on the length. E.g.:

• Search Wiki Pages -> Search wiki
• Watched Wiki Content -> Watched content

Different custom phrases are used instead of XF2's public navigation phrases. E.g.:

• vw_search_wiki_pages instead of nav.vw_search,
• vw_nav_create_attach instead of nav.vw_new_attach,
• etc.

So if an admin wishes to alter a particular VW sub-navigation item's wording, then they need to edit two phrases to retain consistency between the admin cp and public site.
