[4.1 Alpha 3] Create new page: Selected tab is "Edit", change to "Create" and remove link

Back in march, I posted three suggestions in the one issue, with the third being about overhauling the create new page view (issue 5694). It suggested a number of things that could be done to address the issue of the create new page view looking too much like the edit area view. There is one part in particular that I feel has higher importance and should be addressed as a bug during the Alpha/Beta stage.

When creating a page, the selected tab in the tabs block is "Edit".
The selected tab also links to the ?do=edit action of the parent Area.

The selected tab should say "Create", without a link.

In Beta 2, the page editor for creating a new page will be shown under a tab called "New" rather than the parent node's Edit tab. The New tab is not linked, and the Edit tab for the parent can be switched to.

The phrase "New" is used rather than "Create" here because normally the "Create" tab appears when attempting to view a page that doesn't exist yet -- but in the editor view, the parent node already exists so it doesn't need creating.

Additionally, extra tabs linking to controls for the parent node are removed from this view (aside from the main tab that links back to the node).

Thank you for making this change, this should make page creation easier. "New" does, I think, sound more appropriate than "Create", now that you mention it.
