      [4.1 Beta 1] Admin cp: Use a different "upgrade" phrase that includes add-ons/vw-vw/upgrade link

      When a new version of VaultWiki files are uploaded and the addon has not yet been upgraded, the following blockMessage is shown on the front-end and admin cp (admin.php?wiki/) for wiki related routes:
      Code:
      <div class="blockMessage">
      	The wiki is currently being upgraded. Please check back later.
      </div>
      For the admin cp, I suggest to use a different upgrade phrase with a link to the addon's upgrade page. Something like:
      Code:
      <div class="blockMessage blockMessage--important">
      	A wiki upgrade is pending. <a href="{{ base_url('admin.php?add-ons/vw-vw/upgrade/') }}">{{ phrase('complete_upgrade') }}</a>
      </div>
      Some optional further ideas are:
      • To move "Complete upgrade" onto a new line and also add the blockMessage--iconic class variant.
      • To perform a condition check for $visitor->is_admin and if true then this newer wiki upgrade blockMessage could also be shown on the front end (only to admins). What I mean is:
        • is_admin = true: A wiki upgrade is pending. Complete upgrade.
        • is_admin = false: The wiki is currently being upgraded. Please check back later.

      Fixed in the AdminCP in the next release. The wrong (public) message was being used for the admin area. The admin message includes the link to the upgrade. You will notice the link when upgrading to the next release.

      Implemented separate public-facing text for admins, which now includes a link. You will notice this improvement when upgrading to the next release.

      In the upgrade to the version after that, you will notice that the blockMessage becomes iconic.
