      Redirections don't work with umlaut

      The umlaut ä ö ü is an essential part of the German language. But redirections don't work with paragraph titles which contain an umlaut, depending on the browser. Only Edge works correctly, Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer show the correct article but are not scrolling to the paragraph, while clicking in the toc scrolls correctly. May a parameter fix this? Or is there a workaround (except changing the paragraph title to something without umlaut)? Is it possible to use anchors as a redirection-destination, maybe with a span-tag (I tried but had no success)?

      An example: https://unlimitedworld.de/wiki/Oft-g...-Namen-ändere

      Using v4.0.25 Build 001 at XenForo 1.5.23

      The fact that the page does not scroll to the anchor has nothing to do with the umlaut. This is actually related to this issue: https://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/5625/

      I tried the hotfix and changed the code in vault/resources/js/section.js, but it doesn't work for the umlaut problem.

      Examples:
      https://unlimitedworld.de/wiki/post#Post-verschicken was always working, but
      https://unlimitedworld.de/wiki/Chatraum#Chaträume isn't working, because the paragraph title has an umlaut.

      Please try it out on our page yourself.

      Fixed in the next release. In the same js file, find:
      Code:
      var exists = Y.Node.one(hash);
      BEFORE it, add:
      Code:
      hash = decodeURIComponent(hash);
