Issue: Feature request: Mobile rich text editor and autosave feature

VaultWiki does not use a different editor for the wiki than the rest of the forum uses, and the rich text editor is already available on wiki pages. It is possible that the rich text editor is disabled for some of your pages because they are templates or they allow HTML. Disabling rich-text here prevents an issue where XenForo automatically converts your hard-coded content to BB-Code when that is not desired. This is by design. If this is requesting rich-text equivalents for specific wiki BB-Codes, it may or may not be possible depending on the BB-Code, and this is already the subject of a previous feature request.

VaultWiki 4.1.x will support the XenForo drafts/auto-save functionality. Existing drafts functionality for vBulletin has been improved. Marking this suggestion as implemented in 4.1.x.

On Xenforo 1.5 with default style the rich text editor does not appear on vaultwiki when editing. It does for forum.

This behaviour is seen in the vaultwiki test XF site

Fixed the following in the next release:
- wiki content RTE not loading on android/iOS

There was a conflict between a workaround XenForo was using for android and iOS and the fact that VaultWiki needed an editor's ID before the editor is rendered. The next release will workaround the XenForo workaround.
