You are not showing as licensed on this site, so I'm not sure which version you are attempting to install. If you are receiving this error message, then you are attempting to install an old version that is no longer supported, which is a version that was not compatible with vBulletin 4.2.5. Since you are using vBulletin 4.2.5, you must install a newer version.
