Remove image pages from Maintenance reports and make them unusable again

My members want to work on maintenance reports and fix pages, but all the important maintenance reports are 95% image pages. They cannot find anything in it and therefore its not usable for this purpose.

By comparision, wikipedia does not have any images in its maintenance reports:

Because it has separated these into separate maintenance reports. Attachments should be a separated system. Not mixed up with Main Content.
It worked on VW3, but doesnt work on VW4.

This is a duplicate of: https://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/5240/
This is not a regression from VW3, but a side effect of a progression (letting users use any Prefix for a wiki content-type, rather than forcing specific ones). There are ways to work-around the side effects, but it would be handled by the solution to the linked issue.

Ah I see. I totally forgot about that one as its from a year ago. Is that one scheduled for an upcoming release (like 4.1)?
