Issue: Pages still selected after moderation action

I cannot reproduce this behavior on the demo. After moving pages to a new area, the pages are correctly de-selected. However, if I select a number of pages and none of them can be successfully moved, then they are still selected in the original area; this is by design.

I should also mention that you may be having an issue with moderation checkboxes if your browser has stored more than 4KB of checkboxes at once. In that case, it might not be possible to update the cookie programatically since there is a 4KB limit on the size of cookies; you would need to manually clear the cookie, or you might find that new inline moderation checkboxes you select might not persist across navigation or be submitted.

I am leaving this open because we can reduce the overhead of some unrelated cookies in 4.1.x by switching them to use localStorage which has a higher size limit and which doesn't use as much bandwidth.
