Dead End Pages report lists pages with links

The dead end pages report should only list pages that have no links. But it includes category pages with links to pages in that category.
These category pages should not be listed because these are not dead end pages. These category pages do exactly what they should do: list links to pages in that category.

Dead-End Pages lists pages that do not contain links created by the WIKI BB-Code. It is already an expensive query; additionally filtering out nodes with children would potentially create a temporary table with billions of rows.

Dead-End Pages is currently working as designed.

I can see why that would be an issue. So we just need to ignore nodes that can have children pages in the report.
