This will be fixed in the next release. This case had to do with the syntax for linking to a section using #, and a page title that includes the # character as part of the encodedness of the autolink term -- the HTML entity for ' is ' This is a general $rendererState problem during the autolink compilation step that needs to be resolved.
Theoretically it is also possible for a problem to occur when autolinking a term that normally includes # as part of its title, as well as some other characters we use to tokenize links, regardless of $rendererState. A clever user would be able to work around this when manually posting a link, but the autolinker is not so clever. To workaround the issue in autolinks, we can ignore the advanced link options that are related to the issue since the autolinker would never be able to invoke those options anyway.
