Table bbcode caption leading plus (+) character

The table bbcode caption sometimes displays a leading +, followed by the caption. Since the table syntax for a caption is '|+', I assume only the pipe character is stripped out before displaying the table with a caption. When specifying attributes (e.g. class, id, style) followed by a second pipe character, no leading + is shown.

This displays an unwanted +:

This does not show the unwanted +:

Fixed in the next release. This appeared in 4.0.18, due to a bug fix for the first character of cells being dropped; that fix was incorrectly applied to captions.
