Issue: Personal pages won't load after install

I have a free Xenforo with the following addons:

Subaccounts:

We were looking at Vaultwiki Lite before deciding whether to purchase a full license.

When I install Vaultwiki (as per the manual. Everything went fine) attempting to access personal pages such as "Signature" "Personal Details" leads to either

I can roll back to the snapshot immediately before vauktwiki and everything is happy.

Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
