Place Manage Chapters on new row

The book title and manage chapters are too close to each other. It would be better to have more margin or place it on a new row.
See bug report 320869 on my site.

This comes down to personal preference. If the spacing is not to your liking, please feel free to modify the margin-left of the .vw-title-after class.

if multiple words and lines barely have any space between them then its read as one word/phrase.
It is proper design to have at least half the height of a line between two lines (book and title) and at least the width of one character between two words if its the same phrase and more if its not the same phrase.
In the default style there is less width than the width of one character between The book title and 'manage chapters' which makes it look like its either the same word or the same phrase.
To avoid this more width or a separator can be added.
