This is already fixed in the next release. This occurs when the new synonym, which is appearing in the Recent Activity feed, points to a wiki page that no longer exists (and the synonym was left behind by mistake) or points to a page that has corrupt routing data. If it's the latter, you may be able to repair the pages using one of the various maintenance tools in the AdminCP.

This had to do with another issue where the main wiki page got corrupted. I fixed it now and will see if it comes back later.
