      HTTP500 when using [bd] API

      Hello,

it seems like VaultWiki is throwing an error when used in conjunction with [bd] API (https://github.com/xfrocks/bdApi/blo...s/api.markdown).

When accessing http://domain.com/api/, like I'm supposed to, I get a HTTP500 with the following PHP error:
      Code:
[23-Jun-2017 15:25:50 UTC] PHP Warning: Uncaught exception 'ErrorException' with message 'require_once(./vault/config.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory' in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\domain.com\library\vw\XenForo\CodeEventListener.php:84

I cannot reproduce this issue using [bd] API on my test board. In your error, it is complaining that ./vault/config.php cannot be opened. Either it is missing or does not have proper file permissions. Possibly you have the API on a sub-domain that is a clone of your domain directory, but you neglected to clone the /vault sub-directory.

Additionally, your site URL as specified in the Members Area does not appear to be valid, so I cannot run any tests because I do not know what your website is. Note that if your license is used on a site other than what is specified in the Members Area, license privileges may be revoked.

Sorry, typo in the URL. I fixed it. However, now the option "Remove copyright information from the footer" is lost again. (See: https://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/5068/).

The ./vault/config.php file is present and I have not changed anything on the file permissions since the installation of VaultWiki. It is also readable by IIS_IUSRS, the user account under which the application pool is configured to run under.

I cannot reproduce this issue on my test board. If you cannot find a misconfiguration on your end, then we will need a ticket in order to investigate further: https://www.vaultwiki.org/members/?do=tickets

Marking this as Fixed in the next release (4.0.19), pending your approval of the code change (see your PMs). The issue was limited to certain add-ons whose web-facing script is in a sub-directory of XenForo ([bd] Api, Tapatalk, etc), but only when used on a Windows system.
