Issue: Special:RecentChanges shows IP address instead of username (MW import)

With VaultWiki 4.0.17 PL1 and imported data from MediaWiki, the Special:RecentChanges area will display an IP address where the username doesn't match any existing Xenforo user account. A wiki page's revision history however shows a username. Please see the attached screenshot for more details.

On a related issue, with MW's enforced Username capitalisation, have you considered performing a case-insensitive query for usernames and in cases where only the one account matches (and not two+, or none), attributing the imported revision to the lowercase username? In my case, a lot of the unmatched usernames are caused by the capitalised first letter from MW when forum usernames are all lowercase.
