Issue: VaultWiki forum style selection ignores admin check for inactive styles

In the process of identifying a styling issue with the Android browser (not Chrome), I've discovered a different issue where there is an inconsistency with how Xenforo and VaultWiki deal with disabled styles.

In cases where a member is not an administrator and has specifically set their style to a non-default enabled style....
Xenforo and VaultWiki both render the enabled style. Check!

In cases where a member is an administrator and has specifically set their style to a non-default disabled style....
Xenforo and VaultWiki both render the disabled style. Check!

In cases where a member is not an administrator and has specifically set their style to a non-default disabled style (perhaps it was enabled when selected and since disabled by an admin)....
Xenforo defaults back to rendering the admin-defined default style but VaultWiki proceeds with rendering the disabled style.


N.B. This has not yet (and probably won't) come up as an issue in my environment as with only one enabled style the Xenforo style selection menu is hidden for everyone other than administrators. But I thought you might still like to know this behaviour anyway.
