No permissions error while user has permission

Please see bug report 301062 on my site.
A user encountered the following issue: in the wiki options drop down she could select 'promote this page on a feed'
When clicking this, she got a no permissions error.
I'm not sure what is going on, but there seems to be two problems with it:

1. If she has no permissions then the link should not display in the drop down.

2. When checking her permissions it seems that she does have permission. The usergroup wiki tester has every feed permission set to 'yes'.

Fixed in the next release. This was due to some debug code related to this drop-down option that was not fully removed. It was still possible to promote pages without receiving this permission error from within the desired wiki feed.
