Var bbcode reports the current date and time when no variable is referenced

When the [VAR][/VAR] code is used as shown here with no variable stated it will report the current date and time. The code works correctly when the variable is included as here: [VAR]PAGENAME[/VAR]

Fixed in the next release. If an empty VAR function is specified, the expected and same behavior as an invalid VAR function will be used: the raw VAR tags will be shown (consistent with an invalid BB-Code tag).
