Issue: Minor phrase inconsistencies between edit screen and usercp for watching wiki pages

This is incredibly minor, but thought it would still be worth raising for the sake of consistency.

This is related to issue 4761 but not exactly the same.

On the edit tab, these are the notification options:

• Do Not Subscribe
• Alerts only
• Alerts and instant email notifications
• Alerts and daily email updates
• Alerts and weekly email updates

However, in the Xenforo usercp area under preferences, these are the notification options:

• Do Not Watch
• Alerts only
• Alerts and instant email notifications
• Alerts and daily email notifications
• Alerts and weekly email notifications

Is it "do not watch", or "do not subscribe"? And should the emails be called notifications or updates? If updates, then shouldn't the instant option also be changed to updates? As I said, very minor phrasing inconsistencies .

Also this phrase in the usercp preferences section doesn't sound right:
It should read "when you post new content or edit pages..." or "when posting new content or editing pages...". Also tweak "email notification" to "email update" depending on what you want to call them in the notification options (notification or update?)
