Unable to toggle auto-link to pages with matching titles

I can't enable the following function in admincp-->forums and moderators-->some forum:

"Enable Auto-Links to Wiki Pages with Prefix
Text will automatically be linked to a Wiki page that has a matching title"

There appears to be a pull-down menu but when I click on it all I see is a thin blue shadow at the bottom and can't make a selection.
