Please port the manual to XF

Please port the manual to XF. This is much more friendly to XF customers and shows that VW is suited for XF and not just vb oriented.

We are not going to maintain multiple copies of the same manual on different sites. The current behavior of linking to the canonical manual will continue - the manual will be hosted on whatever site we use for support. When we move to XenForo it will be hosted on XenForo and not vBulletin.
