Redirects don't work for the wiki index

If you create a redirect for the wiki index and then go to it, you'll be brought to a mostly empty page.

What is the proper way to link to the wiki index? I couldn't figure it out and tried to do it by creating a redirect. That's how I discovered this bug.

Click Here but I see it doesn't work as designed -- it points to a page called Click Here.
For testing, compare to Click Here

The index page has an empty route, so the link should have an empty (but defined) option.
