Recent Changes DB error

Viewing the Recent Changes page shows this error

I cannot reproduce this on your site using my test account or as a guest. If there are special steps needed to reproduce this, please list those steps.

Generally, it should only be possible to get this error if you have no permissions to view any part of the wiki. However, if that were the case, you would receive a permissions error when you try to open the special page (which I correctly receive as a guest).

Fixed in the next release. Despite what I thought above, it is possible to have a permissions combination such that:

- User cannot view any wiki area
- User cannot view the wiki index
- User can view a Special page

For this case, although the user would not see the wiki tab, following a direct link or entering the URL to a Special page would not yield a permissions error. Thus the fix for this issue involves skipping the database query and showing a Special page with 0 results.
