bookindex renders nothing

Using the bookindex bbcode has no apparent effect.

Fresh installation of v4.0.0 Gamma 4.
PHP 5.3.27
vBulletin 4.2.2

Although "[bookindex]" has "Parse BB-Code in Wiki pages?" set to "Yes" in "Syntax Manager", use of it on a wikipage seems to have no effect, even assuring that the book title within the tag exists as a "book" page and is generally accessible.

Am I missing something, or is this a bug?

This is a bug. To devs, this can be fixed really easily by making bookindex call the Book TOC sidebar block with the supplied context, the same way our CMS widgets work.

Fixed in the next release. Although BOOKINDEX will work, the BB-Code is deprecated.
