In vault/core/model/settings/xf.php, find:

$dw->bulkSet($setting);

Replace with:

Code:

$dw->bulkSet($value);

This error may have prevented a setting from getting the correct value. After upgrade check XenForo's "Debug Options" setting group for "ID of the Wiki System Area". If it's set to 0, you will need to manually set it to the ID of the area whose name is "System".
