Delete, IP, Warning functions do not show in discussions

Im not sure how it is possible, but these functions do not show up. All permissions are yes.

To Delete, tick the checkbox, then click "Delete..." Having a separate link would just be a redundant function that clutters the comment box.

The Warning function is not currently integrated for VaultWiki content. It will be added for comments in the next release.

The IP function is currently broken in VaultWiki under XenForo. VaultWiki expected a forum setting that enables/disables IP logging. The lack of such a setting in XenForo evaluated to a false value, so no IPs have been logged in XenForo. This is fixed in the next release by forcing IP-logging = true for XenForo installs.

Warnings integration completed (for comments). This revealed that the DMs need to be slightly refactored: https://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/3754/

IP logging and the IP info popup is now working as expected for comments. We also now appropriately log IP info for other content-types in XenForo's IP table, for completeness's sake, although XenForo is not aware of many of the content types referenced. I have not yet encountered a problem with this. In the past it always seems like XenForo ignores content type names that are undefined.

Marking this issue as fixed, because all three functions: Delete, IP, and Warning are working now.
