"Move to Another Area" Access Denied
"Move to Another Area" throws access denied despite admin with all settings everywhere "Yes"

Fresh installation of v4.0.0 Gamma 4.
      PHP 5.3.27
      vBulletin 4.2.2

When attempting to use a page's "Move to Another Area" (any area, even the same one it is already in), I get a "you do not have permission to access this page" error, as if I don't have access.

      For context,
I'm the owner/admin, I'm in the vBulletin stock Administrators group.
All permissions of VaultWiki for that group are set to "Yes".
All moderator permissions for my account in VaultWiki are set to "Yes".

Is there something I'm missing, or is this a bug of some kind?

If you can see the "Move to Another Area" option, then you have permission, so this might be a bug. But I think there are some situations where it gives a "you do not have permission" message, when instead it should say why you can't do that (the action might not make sense to the software or something). I will look into this.

Is there more than 1 Area in your wiki? If you only have 1 and you try to move a page, it will give a no-permission error, because there is nowhere to move it (at least that the user has permissions for).

I added a better error message for this, so I'm marking this as fixed.

There is more than one Area. I see them all in the dropdown. I have all the permissions set to "Yes" for myself and in general. No matter what I pick, "permission denied".

I'm proposing a status kick back to "unconfirmed", since I have more than one Area, and nothing I do permissions or settings-wise seems to allow me to "Move to Another Area"; I get a permissions error every time.

Fixed in the next release. vBulletin uses "two-factor" (not really) authentication for some inline moderation actions. The confirmation screen was not showing properly for the move action and was resulting in a permission error.
