Subscribe Tab -> Notification Type changes not working?

Changes don't seem to round-trip.

Fresh installation of v4.0.0 Gamma 4.
PHP 5.3.27
vBulletin 4.2.2

From the "Subscribe" tab, changing "Notification Type" and saving does not seem to round-trip?
