Yes, another user reported this too. For some reason the XML for build 004 exported with some listeners from other Addons than just VaultWiki. If you modify the file vault/core/controller/install/db/XML/plugins/xf.xml, you can easily remove the extra listener entries. Just search for 'CES_Listener' and remove the entire line that contains it.

There is no vault/core/controller/install/db/XML/plugins/xf.php
Do you mean vault/core/controller/install/db/xf.php

It's a .XML file, so it's in the XML directories.
