Paged Deletes Needed

Just ran into this issue. It's the reverse of why we needed to make smart-paged imports. If you have a wiki area with 10,000 pages (a user with this issue had 3,500), and if you try to delete that area, the DMs may not finish removing all the child content before the request times out. This will require significant refactoring of the DMs, inline moderation, and other forms that handle content deletion.

I don't see this being finished before Beta 6.

See XenForo's use of ::defer when deleting forums since XF 1.2. A similar technique can easily be deployed by VaultWiki with minimal code alterations, by deferring pages at the area level and discussions at the page level.

Implemented in the next release. XenForo 1.2 handles this natively. Other platforms and versions of XenForo include a Javascript/AJAX combo which should have the same effect.
