A wiki node with the title Wiki could not be found. Please check the URL and try again or return to the wiki index.

The wiki node called wiki is indeed there, unsure what is causing the issue.

Is the wiki node called "Wiki" actually the wiki index? If so, then the URL should not contain a title= parameter (advanced format: /wiki/ is correct, /wiki/Wiki is incorrect)

However if there is a separate page called "Wiki", then it depends if URLs were generated last before Beta 5 build 006 was installed. If this is the case, and the wiki index is inaccessible, then you may need our staff to manually rebuild the wiki path entries in your database.

there was not an area called wiki till after it asked for one, same happens on a fresh install of build 6 (on my test site), and i was unable to make any area's till after build 6

Fixed in the next release. Since build 004, the wiki index wasn't being created during a new install on XenForo, since XenForo doesn't consider required-field === '' as a valid value, while VaultWiki wants any isset(required-field) to be considered valid. The wiki index doesn't actually have a value for the 'title' field, but it was incorrectly using a fake value until build 004, which in turn sometimes caused the index URL to be wrong.

I also fixed this on your site and added a step to the upgrade process to add the index if it wasn't installed due to this bug.
