after VW Beta 5/5 upgrade - WIKI gone for guests

tab is gone for unregistered user and error message

after upgrade to the current vw beta 5

for guests/unregisterd users vaultwiki is gone - button is away and the following error message in a System message page of vb;

Could not find phrase 'vw_wiki_disabled_error'
