      Admin viewable error
Problems after upgrade, admin error which blocks me from logging in

I've just been following the instructions for upgrading from 1.0.2 to 1.0.4, I uploaded all the files, installed the product and then went to my home page to be confronted by an error saying:
      Code:
Only admins can see this error. Other users can visit the site normally, but your immediate attention is needed in the AdminCP.

Invalid default namespace ID detected. Make sure that the CES VaultWiki option "Namespace ID of the Default Namespace" matches a namespace ID from left column of the Namespace Manager (default: 6) and is not a forum ID.

If that setting is correct, it is possible that the Namespace Cache is not up to date because of corruption or a recent VaultWiki upgrade. To solve this issue, simply go to the Namespace Manager and select Rebuild All Namespaces.
When I try to log into the admin CP the page redisplays that error message again and again. This error message actually stops you from logging into the admin panel

On one of my other computers I can see that the namespace is set to number 6 and I have tried rebuilding all the namespaces several times but still get this error message on my other computers and I'm unable to get past this error message and view the rest of my site.

I've currently disabled the wiki on my site so that I can log back into the admin panel again later after work. Any chance that you could have a look at this for me please.

Apparently an older version of vault/special_plugins.php was in the last ZIP that included some disabled sections of code we had been using to debug this error. This would prevent users from being able to log in to the AdminCP by showing the error all the time.

The ZIP has been updated and the debug version has been replaced with the public version. All you need to do is patch the aforementioned file.

Many thanks for fixing this for me, I thought I had done something wrong and didn't have time to fix it before I went to work.
