Template rebuild required after successful VW install

I find that all my styles are 'messed up' - bad looking layout as if the css was missing after installing VW; unless I rebuild my phrases and templates afterwards.

This is usually done by the built in plugin installer, but isn't done by VW's side-installer.

I end up installing a dummy plugin to force xenforo to regenerate in the meanwhile.

What version of XF 1.1 or 1.2? Each of these rebuilds styles in a different way.

There was a design flaw in the rebuild call from VaultWiki under XenForo 1.1 where it did not expect that XenForo would try to refresh the page and rebuild the rest. Anything not rebuilt on the first page wouldn't be rebuilt.

This doesn't occur on XF 1.2 because there is a mechanism to rebuild via cron, which VaultWiki does. This is fixed for 1.1 in the next build by adding extra paged rebuild steps to the install/upgrade process.
