vault wiki causes error when viewing vBulletin bbcode list

I got this today when opening mysite/misc.php?do=bbcode

Code:

 require_once([path]/vault/functions/bbcode.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in [path]/misc.php(393) : eval()'d code on line 3
Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/mysite/public_html/vault/functions/bbcode.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear') in /home/mysite/public_html/misc.php(393) : eval()'d code on line 3

Is vault wiki trying to insert it's bbcode in on that page?

This is the error I get on this site when attempting to view bbcode.
