Install Step 10 Fatal Error: "Call to undefined method vw_Import_Controller::create()"

After the previous edits to Step 3 from my previous bug, installation was able to proceed rather smoothly until Step 10, where it fataled out once more.

Code:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method vw_Import_Controller::create() in /[...]/vault/core/controller/install/full/steps/vb3.php on line 287

This may be related to similar wackiness, or the fact that it seems to be pulling a vB3 file despite it being a vB4 install.

The controller it's looking for should be 'Import/Handle', not 'Import'. Once fixed, that should be it to get you to the end.

Edited file, reuploaded, retried. Confirmed that it now passes Step 10.

Installation seems to have successfully completed after this, as well.

Only problem is now there's errors in the regular pages. Hopefully you're not tired of me as I'll open a third report for that.
