The current Prefix and Title combination matches another item

pages.php?title=Help&do=publish&itemtypeid=1 gives this error:
The current Prefix and Title combination matches another item

There is no other item with the same title. I did not select a prefix, so maybe that the issue.

Fixed, this occurred for every combination because the path verifier assumed that all routable content types have a title field. Pages don't, their title field is joined from the current edit. An empty title value (without a prefix) matches the wiki index, which is why it said the combination existed.
