Some records were missing from the database in activitystreamtype. Added and cleared cache. Let's see if this shows.

Seems the PT activity stream integration was written for an older alpha and a lot of updates needed making. It's now working properly from what I can tell.

Marking this as complete. I'll update PT when it's ready. Until then most other things seem to be working.
