You do not have permission to manage threads and posts

When a moderator tries to move posts, he gets this message:
You do not have permission to manage threads and posts

The moderator has thread management permissions.

This permissions check occurs in inlinemod.php and is not something VaultWiki handles. It sounds like you are having a few issues with inlinemod.php. You might have a mod that specifically targets it, or your permissions datastore is out of whack. Try re-saving some moderator permissions just in case.
