I am liking this plan. Please give priority to those feature requests that are most wanted/will impact users most. Please check this thread again: https://www.vaultwiki.org/threads/1842/page3/
We plan to have VaultWiki-related widgets for the vB4 CMS, however, that is not a priority for the first release. There will be no need for screens shortly... VaultWiki 4 is almost nestled in here.
will there also be a possibility to connect vaultwiki with vb4 cms -> add widgets of vaultwiki to cms - would be great some screens of the new vaultwiki would be good - with the videos its not really good which has been posted here thanks
Re: [Post New Discussion] Interesting feature. Very practical idea. It seems that a New Discussion is very much a subtopic of the original wiki article. It is NOT a related wiki article, it is a discussion subset. If this is the case, I'm not sure the branched discussion warrants it's own entry in What's New ? A hot topic with 5 sub discussions could just about take over the first page of What's New. I wonder if the best option is to have original wiki article bump up in What's New and not the discussion. Will the discussions be bolded if they have unread comments ? Maybe even a {new} icon besides them ? Keep in mind that "weakly named" discussion topics themselves could ANNOY people if they existed independent of the Original wiki article as they would be hard to ignore (you don't know what the thread is about). example: wiki topic - Discussion Topics discussion topic : feature suggestions If you saw "feature suggestions" in what's New, you would have no idea about what it pertains to. If you manually renamed it to Discussion Topics - feature suggestions ... that would help but that might be a clunky name when you are reading the actual Discussion Topics listing in the wiki article. Regardless of the details .... I like the Discussion Topics idea .... .... and if you read between the lines ... I've made another feature suggestion: Similar Content. An area where you can easily put similar wiki articles, forums, threads, galleries, etc.
Thank you for this sneak preview

I assume that the threads will come up in the 'new posts' / 'whats new' function. Please make sure that its clearly visible that these are wiki comment threads and not normal threads. Otherwise this causes a lot of confusion.
The forum page will be blank with the vBulletin mobile style if you use any modification that messes with forum bits. VaultWiki is handled properly if you follow the instructions here, but any other modifications would need to be updated as well.
