- ^Always keep your installation up to date. Older versions of the product are available for archival or educational purposes, but should not be installed. If you have issues with newer releases, work with support to resolve them instead of downgrading.
- ^We offer an extremely high level of support. If you cannot get the product working, we will not refund your money unless the support staff cannot find the problem. If you have a problem and you do not provide enough information to solve it (e.g. you don't provide error messages or are very general in your description of the problem), we will not refund your money. If you are not willing to give the product a chance, then just refrain from purchasing it in the first place.
