Can vaultwiki be programmed to dynamically link keywords in posts/forums

I am wodering if vaultwiki could be programmed to do something like this (from vbgeek):

GAL is a highly configurable system that dynamically links keywords in posts. The types of links can range from simple and standard to enhanced links that create pop-up boxes when users hover over them.

Ideal for an in-line glossary or useful links GAL is even more ideal for advertising! With GAL you can track the impressions of keywords as well as how many times people are clicking them! GAL has a built in stats viewer that allows you to quickly and easily gather statistics on any single item in an instant!

VaultWiki already dynamically links words in posts forums that match the name of a regular article. If you want to match the name of another kind of article, then you would have to create a plugin at vault_parse_autolinks, and add a plugin similar to:
      Code:
VaultWiki code is only viewable by license holders.

So all I have to do is to set "enable Wiki in a forum" in admincp to get that feature?

No, autolinking will occur in any forum that has "Enable auto-links in this forum?"

The forum doesn't need "Enable wiki in this forum"

I don't see that "Enable auto-links in this forum?" line on mine, under Vaultwiki in admincp what I see is this:

      VaultWiki
Enable Wiki in this forum? Disable, Wiki, Island

      * Wiki-type: This forum contains articles.
      * Island-type: This forum contains articles that are not accessible using the namespace's wiki BB-Code.

Show wiki headers in this forum?
      Yes No

Automatically create links to relevant wiki pages?
      Yes No

Allow group pages in this wiki forum?
      Yes No
