Special page permissions are listed under Usergroup Permissions "Special Page Permissions"

Still seem to be having trouble. The permissions that you set up for the wiki usergroup are still there as you had them. Most of the special pages are set to yes, including the first one, Can view special pages. Yet my test account that is in that usergroup does not have access to the special pages. Is there some sort of permissions problem that is canceling it out?
