The current Special Page Permissions are WAY too complicated - 1 on/off switch for each special page. This makes setting Usergroup Permissions take a very long time in the Premium package. There are so many options that it almost seems arbitrary which ones to turn on and off for each Usergroup. If I'm trying to be consistent who can see what, then it's almost impossible to remember what options were used in other groups.

Special Page Permissions can be simplified in the following fashion:

• Can view Special:Version?
• Can view [Special Page group]?

The only Special pages that really need an on/off switch is Special:Version because it displays details about the current installation.
The rest can be combined into just several "Special Page groups". These can be the groups listed on Special:Specialpages or they can be somewhat more specific, like Image-related and Category-related.
