This is not currently possible. If I understand you correctly, this is similar to #5 on this page: http://www.vaultwiki.org/products/Donations
Because of the big changes this would require, adding support for this is currently on the back-burner until more of the community expresses interest.

A more detailed explanation of what would be required to allow wiki codes and embedding outside of the wiki:

The way that Elfmage designed it with NuWiki was that his bbcodes that were introduced with NuWiki could be leveraged throughout the forums, and not just on Wiki pages. This has had the unintended (but awesome) consequences of enabling posters to be really creative about how they reference other posts. If users want to reference documentation that changes over time, using the TEMPLATE bbcode is the perfect way to do that.

    2. The other Wiki-related bbcodes, all of which are usable site-wide, are also pretty impressive. For example, using the header bbcodes (e.g., H1, H2, H3) on any of your posts automatically creates a table of contents for your particular post. The DIV bbcodes have enabled users to engage in stylistic artwork on their posts, and for my community - a large-scale role playing and fantasy artwork, music, and writing community - this has really opened up a great deal of how users choose to organize their posts and express themselves creatively.

While most of the work has been done on this in making the wiki parser more portable - so you can use TEMPLATE in regular posts, using a BB-Code to include an entire wiki page as discussed in the OP will be continued here: http://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/1381/

So far the Wiki codes are working in regular posts when the wiki parser is enabled for that post. In the morning I'll still need to add support for the automatic table of contents and the wikified post caching.

I'd also like to add support for this at least in CMS articles as well, but I'm not sure if any useful hooks exist. Adding it for blogs would also make sense at this point. Other message types such as visitor messages, social group discussions, and calendar events won't have support for this, at least not in RC 2.

I mentioned above that including an entire wiki page was moved to the TRANSCLUDE suggestion. It's already going to be possible to replace the post content if you use REDIRECT (if the post has wiki code support enabled and the admin allows the use of REDIRECT in non-wiki posts). TRANSCLUDE would allow you to include articles and leave the surrounding text intact.

Well, caching and table of contents are now supported. After reviewing the CMS and blog again, it looks like this is going to need a lot of work and won't be working itself into this release.

Marking this as Implemented because the groundwork has been laid and it's available in regular posts (which corresponds to the title of the OP).
